The Learning Studio was created specifically for students who are struggling in reading or math and who need a specialized approach to learning. The Learning Studio serves as an extension to a student's existing education to maximize their success and potential by targeting deficits and working them to mastery.
Learning challenges can be scary and difficult to navigate. However, with the appropriate programming, such as the prescriptive, diagnostic, and multi-sensory approach that we use, students won't only find success, but they will be confident in their abilities, too!
The Orton Gillingham/Multi-Sensory Structured Literacy/Math approach makes sense for struggling students. This approach engages multiple senses during the duration of the lesson while teaching in a way that is explicit and sequential. This approach allows our interventionists to write lesson plans that are specifically altered to your child's unique needs. This approach dives deep into conceptual understanding, gradually building on mastered skills and creating lasting connections for success.
Private, One-On-One Intervention allows us to develop lessons that are suited for your child. When we are working with your child one-on-one, we can easily address misconceptions, correct errors, and give your child the attention they deserve,
We serve children who are struggling in reading or math. Although children with specific learning disabilities, like dyslexia or dyscalculia, need a multi-sensory structured approach to learning, all children will benefit from this approach. We serve children with or without a diagnosis.
The Learning Studio provides virtual, one-on-one intervention in reading or math using evidence based practices rooted in the science of reading and the principles of multi-sensory structured literacy.
Our one-on-one intervention isn't exclusive to children with learning disabilities. We cater to students with diverse needs. What sets us apart is that we don't offer traditional homework assistance. Our focus is on targeted intervention to bridge academic gaps, ensuring every student's path to success is well-supported.
